At mDate, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and ensuring our platform is never used to harm children.

We provide multiple ways to report child safety concerns:

In-App Reporting: Users can report any profile or message directly within the mDate app by clicking the "Report" button. Choose "Child Safety" as the reason for the report.

All reports are prioritized and investigated immediately by our safety team.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

mDate complies with all relevant child safety laws. We proactively report any instances of CSAM or CSAE to regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent global organizations.

5. Designated Safety Contact

Our designated point of contact is ready and able to speak about our child sexual abuse material (CSAM) prevention practices and compliance.
