1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

At mDate, we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and ensuring our platform is never used to harm children.

2. CSAE Prevention Practices

To prevent CSAE on our platform, we implement several layers of protection:

Strict Age Verification: Users must be at least 18 years old to use mDate. We use automated and manual checks to identify and remove underage accounts.
Content Monitoring: We utilize automated tools and human moderation to identify, block, and remove any content that may involve child exploitaiton.
Proactive Detection: Our systems are designed to identify suspicious patterns of behavior that may indicate child safety risks.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We provide multiple ways to report child safety concerns:

In-App Reporting: Users can report any profile or message directly within the mDate app by clicking the "Report" button. Choose "Child Safety" as the reason for the report.

All reports are prioritized and investigated immediately by our safety team.

4. Cooperation with Authorities

mDate complies with all relevant child safety laws. We proactively report any instances of CSAM or CSAE to regional and national authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and equivalent global organizations.
